Immediate loading of dental implants on the day of surgery has become a trend in recent years with appropriate clinical indications. Increasing literature support has made this protocol more predictable when proper clinical indications are present. Digital technology made implant placement according to the restorative plan more accurate, which makes the delivery of immediate restoration possible.
